Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind our audio products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. While we have tried to create sessions that will fit most dive styles, we understand that sometimes they may be too different from your own routines and you may not want to use them.

This is partially why we offer our custom session product. Using information gathered from you, we create a session that perfectly matches your pre-dive routines to allow you to completely visualize everything leading up to, during and after your dive.

We are happy to provide you with a full refund within the first 7 days of purchasing your subscription, no questions asked (although we would love your feedback on how to improve the session in future recordings we release!) We are also happy to offer a full refund of the most recent payment made 7 days after the monthly renewal of membership, again no questions asked.

We suggest that, as soon as you purchase your subscription, you sit down and listen to the session. After 7 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, even if you didn’t listen to the audio session.

To request a refund, simply contact us using the”Contact Us” link in the menu under “My Account.” Send us an email using the form and we will reply within a few days along with a link to an optional quick feedback form to let us know why you wanted the refund and how we can make our products better.
