Deep Week Thailand Dry Training
The Next Group Zoom Call: November 21 at 5:00pm Sydney Time
Each week we get together to discuss what will be happening during our training in the next week, celebrate our wins from the previous week, and spend a little bit of time together prepping for Deep Week! Make sure you are there to get to know your fellow Deep Weekers!
Weekly Dry Training Schedule
Its suggested that you do these sessions one day on and one day off. Dont forget to journal before and after the session to keep track of your progress!
Week 1: Final Breath and Relaxation
Week 2: Holding Off The Urge To Breathe and Apnea Walking
Using the High Volume, Low Intensity Audio Recording. I will do my best to get a Apnea Walk specific recording up before Thursday depending on how sick I feel!
Week 3: Equalization Tips and Exercises
3 New recordings will be added during the week. Check back here during the week for the audio!
Week 4: Full On Medium Intensity
No video this week due to baaaaaaad internet
We are keeping the intensity of our sessions at medium for this week and are sitting with more urge to breathe and contractions. Remember we are doing so to experience contractions and get more comfortable with them so our brains don’t immediately enter panic mode when we experience our first one!
Week 5: Recovery/Taper Before Deep Week
For this last week, we are reducing the intensity to give your body plenty of time to recover from our training while also still maintaining a bit of work. As always, you select the intensity by deciding your recovery time. Remember this week to also work on your eustachian tube exercises (see week 3 video) and Ill see you all at Deep Week!
